Request for an Equifax Credit Report as a Creditor ($65.00)

We want to make sure that you have a path to understand what was reported through Openroom has reached and shows up on the Tenant’s credit history report.

It can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months for it to show up on a report. The entire process is not a transparent process as we’d like it to be with credit bureaus.

After 6 months of using the Openroom Rental Debt Ledger, you will have an option to work with our official Openroom Partners to pull an Equifax Report on the respective tenants.

Every single report you request our partners to pull means it’s a hard-hit on the Tenant’s credit history profile. Each hard-hit affects a tenant’s score and profile negatively.

Must be the email address you filed the Rental Debt Ledger with.

Who do you want to pull a report on?

List the tenant(s) and their name(s) you wish to pull a credit report on. Openroom will conduct the research on your rental debt ledger application to figure out the rest of the details on the file.

Acknowledgement

I hereby authorize Openroom to share my Rental Debt Ledger file with the Private Investigations firm for the purpose of obtaining a credit report on my tenant(s). I acknowledge that the Equifax credit report retrieved may not yet reflect the rental debt reported by Openroom on my behalf, as credit bureau processes and timelines may vary. I understand that once the credit report has been requested, no refunds will be issued. Furthermore, I agree to make the required payment of $65.00 + HST per tenant prior to the credit report being requested by the Private Investigations firm.
