As of July 2024, the Openroom Rental Debt Reporting System only looks at debt which is owed by the Tenant party. However, we are now looking into ways to help Tenants get back what they are owed by the Landlord.
What if there is a world in which we can hold Landlords accountable for their actions in bad faith evictions? This is a call out to our community to help us find a way!!!
